Clean hotel with really helpful staff. Fab food. Nice swimming pool. Excellent and fantastic location next door to Salt Palace Convention Center and multiple restaurants.

Easy check in and late check out. Good location, huge king room with the phone for over 30 minutes and a king size bed. Great food combined with a PERFECT service.

Overall nice hot breakfast with fresh fruits, meat and oatmeal and amazing service...

At first, the queen room didn't look too great in the pictures, but once we got here, it was surprisingly modern. the bathroom had a nice, big tub. We were happy to find a safe for our valuables, as well as central heating to keep us warm. Plus, there was an iron and ironing board ready to use. 🛁.

Hotel staff very very helpful at check in I forget my tie and they showed me to the in hotel store and I was taking care of very well thanks.

The room was very dirty and the ice bucket still had water in it from another customer and we had to go get things from the house keeper to make are stay more comfortable and I was not asked about are stay at check out and I was every upset but Im sorry I didn't say anything because I was in a hurry for a appointment.

We booked top-class and spotless room with a king size bed and internet, for example. The excellent service and shuttle to the airport far exceeded our expectations. Outstandingly accommodating and very pleasant staff, provided useful info.

The place is spotless and updated, with clean bathrooms, exceptional service, and delicious food.

We stayed in a king room complete with the ventilation system and a larger tub, as example. The location was great and the private parking was onsite. Really enjoyed the service, including shuttle to the airport.

The location is fantastic for exploring the downtown area, with lots of restaurants, shopping options, a mall, and easy access to public transportation nearby.

It was clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and well informed. It was close to Temple Square and Shopping! Great atmosphere!

No microwave or refrigerator in room. Also I don't like that they charge you for bottled water, $3.00 seems very high!

The room was well-equipped with great amenities and the breakfast had an excellent variety of delicious food.

Surprisingly comfortable. What Hilton used to be. Refreshing to see the top level of Hilton return. More than a bed and shower. Welcomed to stay longer.

I think they need to do some remodeling to the rooms especially updating the look.
